Practice together whilst building community and collectively easing the mind and body. Yoga can be a powerful way to bring your team together and boost morale. I have supported team wellbeing programs both in person and online via Zoom.
Group Sessions.
Short but dedicated time on specific topics can be a great way to dive into a subject. This is especially useful for studios or organisations focussed on wellbeing. I have led workshops on everything from the science and stories of Surya Namaskar and reflective journalling to Marma Points and Self Massage with meditation. I’m up for discussing

Being a part of a bigger events is exciting and a good way to meet like minded people so I’m always up to be a part of them! I’ve led plenty of asana classes at festivals, self massage workshops and meditations.
